Well if anything, Triget's alliance orders sound a lot better than Boodaboodas confusing fail speeches. Maybe Tribe isn't the bastard son of Test and they will make it beyond the wall.

Sucks to be in TRIBE.

I also think Tribe proven to have more foresight and plans up their sleeves then Booda has/had. Booda boot people when its obvious they didn't do their job for month, no people who really do stuff gets into lead, and he himself maybe is a great guy but he is blind from own propaganda. I still miss the learn and exit out of lowsec somalia plan.

Tbh going to hale is probably what test should have done instead of going off to die in aradia.g-0 is tue single best system in the game in terms of giving members moneymaking ability, as it sports no less than 8 l4 pirate agents, and holds the gate to it's constellation, making mission running much safer for members if g-0 itself can be secured. The other agents and the ife belt system is just icing on the cake. The infinite scability of missions allows the entirety of tribe to fund their activities through just one system, and tribe has the numbers to potentially lock down the system.Of course there are downsides, including a lengthy grind for members to obtain the angels standing needed to access l4 missions, ruined Empire standings that make high sec more inconvenient, the ease of harassment and hellcamping. And finally the majority of member income comes through um taxable Usk , starving the alliance wallet. In all honesty hale is probably the best place for an alliance to get back on its feet.

Grymkaos leading our pilots against superior numbers...I can't really think of a point that we had Tribe outnumbered.. Generally when we were in their staging system they would outnumber us 4-1.. but they never did anything other then station games..
Avatar
do the angels epic arc and you can be in level 4s in a few days honestly of fairly casual playing. I did it when I lived in Curse for a few months and it was quick.Even better if you use a character that hasn't trashed their standings from empire missions

The region of Period Basis was bought for the sum of 125b.

I wish there was an indicator of what percentage map space CFC holds. Will it go more than 60% after Delve and Period Basis are taken?
Avatar
still nice info, props for sorgenkind to give us nice snippets of info. in three years youll be reading this on some wiki. Eve history is all these little things combined into the great network.\o/ wooo-to-f-to-the-pee mofos! \o/

I dunno, I think it's cool."If you're gonna be dumb you gotta be tough".
Avatar
Naw drone space is bigger than you think
Avatar
I did a rough calc of this; based on number of systems, the CFC at present controls ~26% conquerable of null. Adding Delve and PB to that number bumps thing up to ~29%.

Old news. HODOR!!!!

Had fun killing goons though and russians+aussies. :)

Wow. Lie much? U guys were dropping dreads on station games.
Avatar
I hope they last in curse "come just a few jumps closer, just a bit closer pls". For myself I am looking forward to their "developing pvp skills". As everyone knows if you can't lead small gangs there is zero chance you can lead "fl33ts" so with that in mind let me say: come on through G-5 take a slight left and welcome to the KBP gate in XHQ, we will be waiting :). If for some reason (like not wanting to be whelped) Tribes decides to try and strong arm approach (faction shit with cap and super cap back up) then they won't learn a dam thing. But if they truely want to develop thier FC's and shit like that then they know the BC and under gangs will be a great place to start. Welcome to my backyard, pls stick around we can have so much fun :) cheers

It's not a lie when you turn around & admit that you were infact playing station games.
Avatar
Tribal bands biggest corp is leaving now to. IG moving to a n3 alliance.
Avatar
The lie was regarding Garandras and his station campers being outnumbered. As soon as Tribe undocked an even matched fight, -A- cyno'd in huge fleets that included dreads on multiple occasions.
Avatar
Unfortunately, when word spread that they're entering DNS/everyone's hunting grounds, Tribe's sheep numbers, which were already in a quite steep downward slope, just accelerated into an uncontrollable nosedive.http://evemaps.dotlan.net/alli...And inb4 "Trimming the fat", "They were useless anyway", and "This makes our alliance stronger."

TRIBE prediction: Will disband in a week or two or maybe sooner. Wanna bet?
Avatar
I loved Tribe... Now its over and my gf left me... The pixels cant make me happy. They took me the last chance to make me happy... TRIBE ratting carries: best carries. Tell my gf that I love her
Avatar
Hahah DNS, same alliance presentation 4 years in a row. What a one gimmick alliance.
Avatar
I think what is more revenant is that pizza lives only 5 jumps away in curse.
Avatar
hes right the epic arc and proper social skills allows anyone to get from -10 factionstanding to -2 effective standing which is enough for running more than lvl 1 missions. One downside is to get the epic arc. Another downside might be local PvP Alliances. When Init. staged out of curse Darkside didnt care to stage from exactly the same stationThe last downside is that an npc 0.0 alliances will lose all its mining and industry players. Well its not exactly a downside because you can smoothly run an alliance without industry backbone. All in all G-0 is awesome. There were plenty of PvP opportunities, the missionrunning lets you rethink why people waste their time doing anom ratting and the logistics and empire connections is extremly easy.
Avatar
Good for them, I hope they become un-shit from it.
Avatar
Seconded.
Avatar
Not a terribly large sum of money considering how much you can make in FW..
Avatar
Don't think they will, myself.
Avatar
When you're taking sov it's not about fair fights.
Avatar
As a CFC member i have much more respect for Tribe then i ever had for Test.Tribe needs to up their pvp members and keep going forward.Cut the dead weight and rebuild. But they have to be inside a coalition if they ever want sov again, these days you cannot surive without backup....Either CFC or N3 or -A- , whatever seems the best choice on the table.
Avatar
Yeah I'll take that bet. You're gonna lose.
Avatar
Naww, not disband entirely, but maybe down to ~500 members.
Avatar
Curse were 0.0 Sov Holding alliance's go to Die!
Avatar
you dont know what you dont know :3
Avatar
I need to get me some FW action... Isk is a right sod for me to make considering I can only be a few hours a week and lose lots of ships! I shall try FW.

This report is unconfirmed, and denied by those who did the paying.

You actually do believe in what you are typing, don't you? Tribe and securing things? The only thing they can secure is the failing.Tribe planned to mass-move to G-0, now they are dying in LJ-, In CL-, in BPK and in G-0 all over the place. Now their TEST-buddies try to move in. Will it make a difference? Not at all.

I thought that was syndicate. Also eve-history has proven that an exile to lowsec/NPC null doesn't necessarily kill an alliance that has a strong core of members who don't feel their time is wasted if they don't spend it grinding anomalies. It also helps if members are self-starters who don't all rely on other to provide their entertainment outside of PVE.That said, Tribal Band is destined to die.Also,INB4 Triget drops TRIBE and takes the proceeds from the Period Basis sale with him.

We previously reported that Tribal Band (TRIBE) was regrouping in Stain, considering to move to Curse and were negotiating to sell the systems in the Period Basis region to "Get of my Lawn" (LAWN).

TRIBE has made their move to Curse now official and the transfer of stations to LAWN in the Period Basis region has begun. The price is unknown.

The Tribal Band executor Triget commented on the development as follows:

Regardless of the public preception of Tribe, the members, the corps and the leaders have proven time and again their abilities to step up to challenges. Over the past 6 months we've fought in Stain and Esoteria, we did everything we could. To assist test in 1-SMEB, then deployed to help in Karan bringing 400 people to 6VDT.

Perhaps [the biggest mistake] this is me being nearsighted in hindsight, and that was allowing what seemed like existential crises for the alliance to prevent me from focusing on developing the right people in the right places... ie, developing FCs and not kicking people in leadership that needed the boot earlier.

[In regards to the future of Tribe], I think that there are many good groups of guys that will continue. For many if not most of the people in tribe, this was their first experience with null, and many I expect will remember the past year as I remember my few days in IAC the first time

The announcement to the members of TRIBE reads as follows:

Now begins the next phase of our alliance’s development. Taking the leadership core we have developed and who performed so admirably in defending YHN we will make a newer, better alliance. The examples of DICKX and Shak33l in supplying us ships with less than a days notice, Dre and Draiyman setting up and executing harassment in DD’s staging system, Grymkaos leading our pilots against superior numbers, Johann and Naz doing the massive coordinating behind the scenes, all point in a direction we can all be proud to fly toward. We will continue to build on this leadership team to support our alliance as we begin what might to some be a shocking change in our way of life. We move to Curse to begin this new chapter in our history.

For many individual pilots this will necessitate a shift in the way they play. All non-pvp activities should be dedicated to enabling pvp. To this end, I give you Angels and Serpentis missions. 100-200mil isk/hr, dwarfing the lowly 25mil ticks of nulsec ratting. Less time spend ratting is more time spent improving your abilities, joining fleets, working to help those newer than yourself and getting to know the pilots you fight beside. We as an alliance will dedicate ourselves to enabling the individuals development and healthy corp growth. For many, this may come as a sad day, for I propose that we leave behind what we have clung to, we stop being terrible, begin getting good and have fun winning.

For our corps this will require enhancing the support they give their members and the involvement they will have with the alliance leadership. This gives corp leaders the opportunity to recruit based not on access to sanctums and refineries, but on access to ready pvp with other pilots ready to fight with them. I strongly urge corps to grow their ability to support and grow their member base. The alliance leadership will retain the team that enabled us to fight toe-to-toe with DD and -a-. Triget as Exec, Bl1sk/Lezari/Grym/Finis as FC and campaign commanders, Demerlis as our Diplo, Shak33l in logistics, Bobroglaz as Capital Director, Lezari with Recon/Covops, and Johann in Intel. The CEOs of the alliance will be brought in to this group to have a close working relationship with alliance leadership. Integration is crucial to our efforts and I will work tirelessly to be inclusive.

Join us in Curse if this is what you want for yourself and your corp. This is what I want. I have in my mind a Tribe that is better in every way, one that lives up to its potential and transcends its origins. One that can stand up to any other alliance, one that can fight outnumbered, one that can win.

Details:
We will be basing out of this constellation: evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Curse/Hale
There is not currently logistics in place for moving people there, look to your corps for assistance in moving.
The best low-sec staging system is Hoth: evemaps.dotlan.net/system/Hothomouh
