Pandemic Legion Kills Titan In CFC's Backyard

It'll have to be PL violating it, since the entirety of the West is under "protection", whereas theres like 3 regions in the east that are PL's "protected" zone.
Avatar
But something interesting did happen, PL killed the titan before CFC could get there in CFC's own region without using supers.
Avatar
We still pretending goons haven't won?
Avatar
"When reached for comment on their successful kill, PL's FC RoCkEt X stated that the organization would not provide details, but did note that an estimated 2 billion ISK worth of fuel was spent moving the hunting team for the initial tackle."It's like you didn't read the article.
Avatar
Because someone who spends all that time training for a titan is a "new" player.
Avatar
No one mentioned any hacking of any sorts in the interviews conduct. Please provide supporting evidence of the claim you're making and then I'd be glad to verify it.
Avatar
You are ruining the game with your shitty agreements and blue doughnut shite, its getting rather pathetic that this is even considered news.
Avatar
Long-time Drake botting character loses its Erebus.Shame it can't happen twice.
Avatar
Right...it's not like you could buy titan capable character as well...oh wait....

Watch the video, in local "Staffo 0" sais the "Cun"-account has been stolen. "Cun" himself also several times in local sais it is not his account, and that "Staffo" will be pissed off. Just watch the video. "Cun" can't even use the doomsday on the PL carriers.
Avatar
Half of GBT and Fountain Core Shittlers are botting since years and CCP never touched them.
Avatar
he had access to the "cun"-char who fitted a DD device on his Erebus pre-patch, hence he must have the skills to use it - hacking or not.also lol at everytime somebody dies and tells us he got hacked blabla

Does this mean Gevlon has to pay out?

If you think my opinion on BOTLRD is as narrow as PL dunking supers you are sadly mistaken. It is because of such agreements in direct relation to the protection of rental empires that Null Sec is suffering from stagnation. The author never had to mention BOTLRD because really no one gives a flying fuck about it except blue list Autists and lawyers who run Coalitions. What people give a fuck about is the kill. The fight. The experience. All that was needed to be said was "PL dunked a Titan got tits and booze and went home." Not about how someone didn't step on another persons virtual space toes lest they feel the wrath of a Subpoena by some fictitious space court.
Avatar
the non paranoid pubbie shitlord version (i.e. reality) is this: https://forums.eveonline.com/d...
Avatar
And yet it was drowned out by this stern notification to all persons that BOTLRD wasn't violated. God forbid someone has the balls to actually do something in this game without killing off a bunch of leeching renters and bored virtual landlords.Because that's what Null Sec has become. Landlord & Tenant Online. And until CCP gets their heads out of their asses and stops kissing every special interest faction that blasts their way onto the CSM and actually fixes this game nothing is going to change.Or you know you could all just keep using those shiny toys to keep grinding structures till the servers go dark....
Avatar
The person who owns this character has been playing longer than probably 99% of the playerbase. Nice to see a titan earned with botting isk down though.
Avatar
This is why it's best to sell ships like this to alliance/coalition members using alliance/coalition infrastructure. Would have been 80-100b richer.
Avatar
and on what basis should they sacrifice their shiny toys to keep you interestedwhere someone like you is concerned i dont think anyone in null or CCP for that matter gives a flying fuck if you're interestedinb4 "im highsec carebear scrub hurr get fucked"
Avatar
Incase you're wondering why Hendrick spent so much time on B0tlord politics, its because none of the fcs involved would give us shit to make it interesting. We both tried to ferret out info from of our respective camps, and no one really wanted to give up the goods. A+ for blops drops.
Avatar
Cry about it in lowsec where "interesting" things happen.
Avatar
Donnu bout you but I count more than 5 Carriers, some triage, surely but Ghostriders are nonetheless Carriers... But oh well, glad it was a ex CFC Titan and not a NC. Titan Rocket went for this time.

Mods, we need cleanup on aisle 6, please...

nice vid record girl!

soon as stations become destroyable i reactivate some char.Maybe its just a dude with enough $$$.Alods already shown some ppl dont give a shit and spent big pile of $$$ for purple fits. let them buy it let others destroy it. supers not being newsworthy i hear that phrase before dominion

I find nullsec to be quite enjoyable. For example, whenever I read or hear anything about nullsec I am prompted to open Wildstar. As for those left bravely defending the accords for your half of the donut, by all means please keep having fun doing......umm......whatever is left to do every day in this game.
Avatar
Wow that local... attempting to sell his ship for 45B and then claiming he doesn't know how to play the game. Priceless.

ITT: People complain that other people aren't making content for them

Oh god not Ishtars. I laughed Doom : D

It was an ex-GBT titan, and GBT is not CFC last time i checked
Avatar
Yes, they should give a flying fuck when people are quitting the game left and right..

look mom I learnt some naughty words!!

I feel a bit bad now :/

they formed to kill a titan not try and hold down mjd blops with carriers.

Interesting things DO happen in Low Sec. It appears some jimmies may have been rustled with my comment.

So because I'm not part of a Null group my opinion is invalid? How about because Null is so fucked up and it's mechanics are so outdated that's the reason why I'm NOT part of any Null group?See I love how you guys can sit here and thumb your noses at anyone who comes along and has a dissenting opinion on the mechanics and play styles of a type of space that thousands inhabit. Take a step back for a moment and really dwell on what has happened to Eve in the past six months.Look at subscriptions, content, hell even your own line members coming along and stating that Null is in a state of decay. It may be healthy isk wise where it's nothing but easy money but that's not what Null Sec is for.Or am I overstating too much? Because clearly Null now is nothing but an Isk printing machine that Coalitions just make the rounds every month and collect. See mechanics only go so far and it's the players themselves too that have a hand in the problem.I mean you said it yourself both sides don't want a full fledged sov war. But then you easily blame "mechanics" for the reasons why. That never stopped you during the Halloween War did it? BR-? You see there is a glaring hypocrisy here where people will throw their hands up when it's not "their" fault then beat the war drums when the time is needed to rouse the drones.I think it's laziness. I think those at the top aside from a minority of people want nothing to change. They don't want sov easier to grind because that'll make their own systems vulnerable. They don't want a fix to power projection or Supers because that will limit their response to any threat on their territories. And they certainly don't want the ability for independent non affiliated Null groups coming in and encroaching upon their systems let alone the rental systems. So lets just call a spade a spade here. I've done Null before. Back when it was interesting. Personally I don't care for the sheep mentality and prefer to fly with a close group of people. But that's me. If you really want to fix this game people are going to have to come to realize either they'll clutch pearls till the servers go dark or they'll have to accept some very hard changes to keep Eve interesting.
Avatar
Actually I could care less what methods they used to kill the Titan. And really seeing non capital based hulls on a Titan KM is a refreshing site. If you read my original comment my issue was with BOTLRD being mentioned more than the kill itself. It's stale and cringe worthy because to those of us in NBSI Alliances or groups who could give two fucks less about BOTLRD it just turns the kill itself into some political circlejerk. And that's the issue with Null Sec now.
Avatar
as someone who gets all the pvp they desire in facwar, im actually rather amused by stuff like this. lots of people saying its not interesting...but i think space politics are super interesting! botlord is rather facsinating and its fun to work out who is in whos pocket and the like. are pl cfc pets at this point? or does pl secretly puppet string the whole game? cool story.

Where did I ever say or imply that because you're not part of a Nullsec group you have no say? That's quite a leap from "you, being your lowsec self, are at your usual bitching and moaning about Null." to "zomg muh freedom of speech is being opressed." I was pointing out that you, specifically you, are hilariously quick to decry and bemoan anything that happens in Null that doesn't fit your own ideals/preferences. It's kind of ironic how you then go on a rant about how Null people look down on others when you do it just the same. This is mostly you getting bent out of shape over little things and it's pretty much your MO regardless of subject.Pro-tip: you seem to be of the opinion I'm a Null resident, I'm in Waffles. We're based out of Kinakka which is a Lowsec system. Thanks for playing.
Avatar
man you know something is wrong with the game when people hate the alliance that can put barley 80 nerds into fleet is responsible for no war lmao

My ideals and preferences are my own. If you don't care for them that's perfectly fine. But when you have a multitude of people in Eve clamoring for content, when you have at least a half dozen articles written on this very site discussing the issues at hand then really it's a collective issue that needs to be addressed not ignored. And when have I ever made such a broad ludicrous claim that all Null residents are the same? That's quite a big stretch not even the most egotistical in this game would claim. Rather I am making a broad statement about the collective issues Null faces one of them being BOTLRD agreements. If you want to attack my statements attack them with facts and with evidence that BOTLRD does something positive for Eve. Give us all information that these agreements are a good thing for the residents of Null. Don't just sit here and try and turn my opinion on it's head because you either A. Don't like it. Or B. can't defend your own position.Pro-tip: Waffles is a feeder entity for Pandemic Legion which is part of the NC./PL Coalition. So really you are just a cog in the ever growing machine of Coalitions and big entities. Thanks For Playing.
Avatar
I don't look down upon people in Null so why are you making such an assumption? Rather it's the agreements and fictitious rules that have plagued Eve. It's Null leadership types, those who are in these so called "smoke filled rooms" making deals out meta gaming each other that has lead to stagnation. You don't see it do you? Do you remember regional wars? Or the Great War? Some of us remember when Null wasn't just two coalitions but made up of many regional and smaller entities. And that is the issue. The issue is that with only these two entities there is no conflict and no way for an independent entity to make headway with Supercap proliferation and power projection. As far as Waffles not being "aligned" with PL that's utterly hilarious. Your strawman argument about trying to make Waffles some independent non affiliated entity and free of being a part of the root issues at hand is laughable at best and pathetic at worst. Also what koolaid are you drinking to think PL won't respond to the aid of NC. at the drop of a hat? PL maintains a relationship with them to protect a rental empire that brings in such vast amounts of isk it would be folly for them not to ally with NC.As to your last paragraph you really are reaching if you couldn't detect the irony in my post by quoting you in similar fashion. Don't speak of originality when all you are is a mouthpiece for people way above your pay grade.

Six months ago, the CFC and Pandemic Legion continued and expanded their OTEC agreements in the form of the B0TLORD Accords. In the arrangement, a series of regions were deemed to be "off limits" for both parties to use and operate capitals and above in. For this story, it is important to note that per the deal the following provisions were agreed upon:

Both CFC and PL agree to prohibit the following actions in one anothers designated "home space"
*attacking signatory supercapitals, supercapital fleets, and capital fleets
*bringing any caps greater than five triage carriers and a bridging Titan
*bringing a strategic-level subcapital force (more than 250 subcaps)

Earlier today, an Erebus belonging to the character Cun, a recently departed member of GaNg BaNg TeAm, was destroyed by Pandemic Legion in the Fountain system of 14YI-D. Fountain, according to the agreement, falls under the CFC's "home space" - and more importantly, 14YI-D is a CFC controlled system, owned by Fatal Ascension. CFC diplo Powers SA stated that the Erebus in question was in the midst of being scammed by a member of FA, and that a small "ghost rider" fleet was on standby waiting for the signal to attack. There are also sources claiming that Pandemic Legion also attempted to scam the pilot, and had a cyno alt positioned in 14YI-D. Before the FA member could complete their scam and bring the friendly fleet into system, Pandemic Legion sprung their attack on the titan

Pandemic Legion's actions fell within the bounds of B0TLRD. The presence of the carriers, most likely triage, still fell within the "no bringing any caps greater than five triage carriers" rule. At best one could claim the situation was a case of who had the better "rules lawyer." When reached for comment on their successful kill, PL's FC RoCkEt X stated that the organization would not provide details, but did note that an estimated 2 billion ISK worth of fuel was spent moving the hunting team for the initial tackle.

Thanks to Powers SA and RoCkEt X for the interviews, and thanks to JSSix for the video.
